Collaborative Law

Collaborative law is a regulated system of negotiation between clients and lawyers. Clients and their lawyers meet together in 4-way meetings with a view to reaching a settlement. Each party has their lawyer by their side during the meetings and therefore has the benefit of legal advice at that time. The aim of the lawyers and the clients is to resolve family disputes in a respectful and less aggressive manner without going to Court.
